JANUARY TRANSFER HEADLINES:

From ESPN Soccer news.

12:39 GMT: Defensive midfielder Medo Kamara is on the radar of Dougie Freedman at Bolton. The Sierra Leona international was subject to interest from Spurs last summer but it seems Partizan Belgrade are now willing to sell according to Sky.

12:23 GMT: Didier Drogba's move to Galatasaray has confused his current club Shanghai Shenhua. They have claimed he is still under contract at the club and his move violates the terms of that contract.

11:43 GMT: A fee has been agreed for the transfer of Nick Blackman from Sheffield United to Premiership strugglersReading. It is being reported that Blackman will sign for £1.2m on a three year deal.

11:32 GMT: And now in Italy, it seems Inter Milan are close to signing Zdravko Kuzmanovic from Stuttgart. The reason the official Coutinho announcement is being delayed for his transfer from Inter to Liverpool is that officials at the San Siro want to secure replacements in Kuzmanovic and Ezequiel Schelotto before announcing any departures.

11:26 GMT: Main news coming out of Spain is all from the Madrid clubs. The big news is that former Ballon D'Or winner Kaka cannot find a club. Real Madrid are willing to let the player go but there seems to be no viable options for the Brazilian to leave. Neighbours Atletico Madrid are trying to offload Turkish midfielder Emre as he has barely featured this season and it seems Fenerbahce could be his destination.

10:50 GMT: Here are some highly unlikely rumours straight out of left field. Arsenal are thinking about a late swoop forManchester City's Edin Dzeko. Aston Villa need goals and so are planning an audacious swoop for David Villa. QPR are looking to sign Scott Parker from Spurs. And finally, Arsene Wenger feels he can lure Luka Modric back to north London at the end of the season. Can't see any of these happening yet they can be found in the darkest corners of the internet.

10:42 GMT: It seems there is no-one QPR will not buy. Harry Redknapp has apparently earmarked Scott Parker as another transfer target for the R's. Surely this one will not happen.

10:30 GMT: Highly rated young goalkeeper Jack Butland has turned down the chance to move to Chelsea because he feels he would get no first-team football. Chelsea andBirmingham had agreed a fee of £3.5m but the 20-year-old would rather stay with his current club.

Chairman Joop Munsterman said: "Everton have additional requirements on the method of payment. Here we do not agree so it's stuck."

09:45 GMT: In other Championship news, Lee Clark's struggling Birmingham could be on the verge of selling one of their prize assets in Nathan Redmond. Watford have bid £2m for the winger.
